Senator Ilunsbrouxh yesterday Introduced a bill in tho neuate authorizing the post, master general to extend tlio free delivery system to rural or fariniu' communities. The bill authorizes Ihe postmaster-general to expend s-uch a portion of the amount, that may hereafter bo appropriated for compensation compen-sation for postmasters aud for slur route transportation as may be. necessary to carry out the provisions of the act.
