Show NOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF TRUST. "THEREA3, CHARLES L. CRANE AND Arminda Crane, his wife, on tbe 3 th day. of August, 130, executed nu delivered to the Salt Lake Yailey Loan & Trust Company their certain promissory note for the sum of tHi.O. payable one year after date, with interest inter-est thereon at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from date until fully paid; and Whereas, to secure the paj ment of said note according to its true tenor and effect the said Charles L. Cran and Arminda Crane on said August 3o;h, lH'.m, executed and delivered to O. J. SSaPsbury and Frank H. Dyer, 'i rustees, of Salt Lake City and county, Utah Territory, a certain deed, whereby they conveyed to said u. J. Salisbury and f rank H. Dyer In trust, the fol'owins described premises situate in Salt Lake City and County.'Utih Territory, to wit: Beginn'ng 3 rods west of the northeast corner of lot 7 in block 13 of plat "F," toalt Lake City survey, and running thence west 2 rods, thence soutn 10 rods, thence e,ist a rods, aud thence north 10 rods to tue place of bo-Tinning ; which said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the Recorder of DeeJs of fcalt Lake County. Utah, on said SOth day of August. Aug-ust. l!-V)0. and recorded in book 2R" of the mortgage records of said office, on pages 414 to 41H inclusive; and. Whereas, saicl deed provides, pro-vides, amongst other things, that should default de-fault be made in the payment of said note according ac-cording to its true tenor and effect, f,aid Trustees, Trus-tees, or In case of their inability to act the Sheriff of said County, at the request of th legal holder of said note, may proceed to sell the property hereinbefore described, at pubiio vendue to tne highest bidder, at the from door of the Court House in the City and County of Salt Lake.
