Tines as a delegate to the irrigation ir-rigation congress in the place made vacant by tho resignation of George Young. A meeting of ti e choral society was held this afternoon, at which it was decided de-cided to arrtuge a programme for a concert to ho given to the irrigation deleijates. The members will be put iu active rehearsal at once. Governor Thomas received a letter from Governor Thayer of Nebraska, who says: T atu ready to make the appointments appoint-ments as soon as I receive assurances from tho puriies that they will attend.
