Hallgind Dudley Hall, has for many years carried" on an extensive tea importing im-porting business and also dealt quite extensively in sugar. Indorsement paper by the senior member of the firm for the accommodation accommoda-tion of personal friends proved too much for the firm. The liabilities lia-bilities ol the firm itself are $400,01)0 a large part which is secured by conveyances con-veyances of real property and deposits of collateral securities.
