Show LEGION ASSUMES BOYS PLAYGROUND FUND COLLECTION Money To Be Raked By Public Subscription Sub-scription In the very near future the Bingham Canyon American Le-gion Le-gion Post No. 30, according to Post Commander Wayne Shelley, will begin Its annual drive for funds for the summer recreation work which has been directed the past ten years for boys of Cop-parton, Cop-parton, Bingham, Copperfield and Highland Boy. One of the finest philanthropic philanthro-pic projects ever put into practice prac-tice locally, this recreation playground play-ground has been of incalculable value and Is the third largest playground program In the state. Jordan school district has aided the Post each year by furnishing I bus transportation for boys to the Copperton ball park. Recently the school board announced that they will supply transportation again this summer. Funds needed for supervision are raised by public subscription. subscript-ion.
