Luck had been installed as jutstor of the Congregational Congrega-tional church in Tocitollo it was decided de-cided to taka steps to organf.o a permanent per-manent association of ministers and churches in the Utah, southern Idaho aud western Wyoming field. A committee com-mittee consisting of A. J. Hailey, J. H. Thrall, 11. M. liurr, W. A. Hawkes, G. W, Hose and C. W. Luck was asked to isisuu a call with a view of organizing such an association.
