I pear In an action hrought against you by the above plalnilff in tho district court of the third judicial district of the territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein there-in within ten dav (exclusive of the dav of service) ser-vice) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county ; or. it served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty day or judgment by default will be taken against you, recording to the prayer of said complaint. The said actiou Is brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant, and adjudging that plaintiff take her maiden name ; above relief prayed on the grounds that for inoro than one year last past defendant has failed to provide for plaintiff the common necesi-aries of life, although able so to do: and that for more than one year last past defendant defend-ant has wilfully deserted and abandoned plaintiff, against her will and consent.
