D. D S. S church A thorough discussion of the Bonneville Donneville assessment was earned carried on Mr l Hammond city cit attorney attorney- read cad a letter from Charles E E. McLean Mc Mc- McLean IcLean Lean wherein he lie stated that no legal action for the collection of Bonneville Donneville assessments would ever be brought against owners of the cemetery and the city was free to proceed with improvements ments as ashey So they hey see fit Some of the councilmen thought it t inadvisable to lo accept title thle under these conditions as they thought that hat this letter was not entirely sufficient however the council voted unanimously to take charge of f the cemetery and proceed with improvements for this year pend- pend pending pending ing ng further settlement of o matters pertaining to final clearance of Bonneville Donneville Irrigation Company Compan assessments It was mentioned that the bond bondholders bondholders bondholders holders through their agent Mr Charles E.
