The steamer Circe, from Glasgow, sunk this morning morn-ing at the dock, while the cargo of flour was being removed. Considerable, damage was done. Some one on board is supposed to have have loft open one of her waste pipes, through which th sea entered. No lives were lost. Eonimin, Feb. 4. The State lino steamer State of Alabama, from Glasgow, Glas-gow, January 1 1th for New York, returned re-turned to Queenstown short of coal. The steamer had experienced terrible gales, during which she was greatly damaged and every thing movablo carried car-ried away. Panama. Feb. 4.
