The nuptials of Miss Blanche Marcelin and Franklin Singer, the younger son of the famous sewing ma-ching ma-ching inventor and brother of the Duchess Deco.es and the Princess de Srcy-Moiithellard, were solemnized today to-day at the "Wigwam," the spacious oountry seat built by the late Mr. Singer Sin-ger on'tho coast of Devonshire. The ceremony was attended by mauy Paris and London aristocrats but there wero only few Americans present. A reception recep-tion followed tho marriage in the famous fa-mous Wigwam, which has thirty-two bedrooms, besides a theater and ballroom. ball-room. When Paris Singer, its present owner, reached his majority, ho entertained enter-tained over 300 guests hero'foramonth.
