Show LIBERAL DELEGATES. A List of Those Who Will Espouse the Cause of Liberalism to the County Convention. BES0LUTI0NS OP IMP0ETAN0E, No One to Take Part in the Lib'.ral Primaries Pri-maries in the First Precinct Except Bead Certain Liberals. The Liberal primaries were held last evening for the purposo of selecting delegates to the county convention that occurs ou Monday, at which time a delegation" del-egation" to the territorial convention will be.nanicd. In the first precinct the electors assembled as-sembled at Hammond hall, with Jacob Moriu as chairman and H. II. Parsons secretary. On a rising vote the following resolution, resolu-tion, offcrred by J. J Greenwald, was adopted: Rec olved, that no one be permitted to take part in the deliberations ot tije primaries of the Libaral pa tv of the First precinct unless auh and every one supported the nominees of the partv at the lust county election: that It l the bense of the Liberals of the First precinct that wo would rather suffer defeat as Liberals Lib-erals than win in the association of Mug-wmnps Mug-wmnps and Jacks. The following motion was offerod and adopted: That In the event of any delegate being unable una-ble to attend the convention fiat he only havo the right to name a proxy from his own ward to represent him. Prof. Benner was tendered a vote of thanks for the use of Hammond hall. The following resolution was then uhmitted aud adopted: Resolved, that ill Instructing its own delo-gatas delo-gatas to assume the iiersonal responsibility of appointing their own proxies in event of being r.er.-onally unable to attend the convention, con-vention, this precinct primary rebukes the effort of a previous convention to perpetuate its own power as an Impropriety aud an Impertinence.
