Show M- E. DISTRICT CONFERENCE. A Delightful Programme baa Been Prepared Pre-pared tor the Occasion, The Methodist district conference will be held in Provo November 27, 28 and 29. Rev. Dr. Iliff will lecture on Thursday on "1ST0 lS'.XJ In Utah A change of aspect." On Friday E. E. Carr will read a paper on ''Spiritual Tower as an Agency for Effective Christian Work" and R. L. Steed a paper pa-per on "Revivals, their Methods and Promotion." In tho afternoon the subject sub-ject of an essay by Miss Turner will be "The Liquor Problem in Utah and how to Meet It." G. M. Jeffrey's paper will be on "The Attitude of Methodism Toward To-ward Mormonism." V. B. Dolliver will read a paper on "The Duty of the Church to the Educational Interests of the Y'oung Men of Utah." A sermon by W. D. Mahry will follow the revival service. On Saturday J. D. GiUilan will read a paper on "The Relation of tho Christian Christ-ian Worker to the Present Political Situation." Sit-uation." A general discussion will follow fol-low these subjects: "The Lady Missionary Mission-ary io the School," bv Miss May Frank-liu;" Frank-liu;" "Tho Lady Missionary in Society," So-ciety," by Miss Adella Nelson; "The Deaconess' Work In Utah, Its Needs and Possibilities," bv Miss E.
