The Cullen hotel was favorably mentioned men-tioned as the place for holding the feast and Landlord Kwing is congratulating himself on his fair chances for securing the prize banquet of the season. Otis thing is settled, and that is that the. price per plate will be SO, which will include tho champagne and other cordials.
