The twonty-lii'th anniversary of the founding of the Military Order of the Koyal Legion of the' United Slates, which is being celebrated today at the Union League club, has brought together to-gether a large number of commissioned officers and honorably discharged commissioned com-missioned officers of the army, navy and marine corps, 'who were actually engaged in the suppression of the rebellion re-bellion prior to the loth day of April, IHU.j. than has assembled before since the close of the civil war.
