Her grandson Jimmy Culleton, son of Mr, and Mrs. James Culleton, accompanied her and will spend the summer vacation in Pasadena. Pasade-na. John Kennedy was reported slightly improved Wednesday evening ev-ening at St. Mark's hospital, where he Is reported stricken, with pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. Angus Christensen Christen-sen spent the week end In Spanish Span-ish Fork. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller of Riverton are parents of a daughter dau-ghter born May 25 at St. Mark's hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Parker Gray and son apetit the week end and holiday holi-day in Charleston, up provo Canyon. Can-yon. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rltter and daughter Evelyn, Mrs. M. Smernoff and sons Dean and Buddy camped and fished Sunday Sun-day and Monday at Jordan Narrows. Nar-rows. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Swain returned re-turned from Vernal Friday to their home in Copperfield. Mr. Swain, has recovered from an illness ill-ness said to have been diaignosed as tularemia. MY. and Mrs. Vern Faddis, son Robert and daughter Barbara and Mrs. Catherine Grant spent the two-day holiday in Provo Canyon. Mrs. Annie Christensen of Salt Lake City is reported seriously ill in a Salt Lake hospital following follow-ing an emergency operation. Miss Althea Christensen has been absent ab-sent from the post office this week to be near her mother. 9 9 9 .WWW Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rice of Cutler Dam and Mr. .' arid Mrs. Glen Bates of Lark were Sunday guests at the home. of. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Marriott spent the week end and holiday in Wlldwood. in provo Canyon. MY. and Mrs. John Creedon and daughters and Mr. and Mrs. John Turner and ifamlly Joined the Marriotts Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Dormus Larsen have as their house guests their son, Newell Larsen, and his friend, Nelson Bennett, both of Los Angeles, who are spending a two week vacation here. Mrs. S. J. Granqulst left this morning for Lagan to bring Miss La Jeune Granquist home from the U. S. A. C. where she has studied the past year. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Barton and daughter Marls, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Barton and son Keith and Miss Marion Redd of Salt Lake City spent last week end and Memorial day fishing Nebo creek, beyond Thistle, where the party found fishing good.
