Show SUMMONS IN THE JUSTICES' COURT. IN AND FOR THE FARMINGTON PRECINCT, CITY OF FARMINGTON, FARM-INGTON, COUNTY OF DAVIS, STATE OF UTAH. Before Howard B. Hellewell, Justice of the Peace. Bettilyon Home Builders Company, Com-pany, a corporation, plaintiff, vs. Mrs. Ernest Hess, also known as Jannette Hess, defendant. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANT: You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within ten days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, other-wiso other-wiso within twenty days after service ser-vice hereof, and refend the above entitled action brought against you to recover the sum of $50.00 and interest, in-terest, and $15.00 attorney's fee on a promissory note, and $75.00 and interest for water furnished defendant, de-fendant, and costs of suit, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint.
