yesterday letchet Leto liev and terrell norrell and tallock and sherman with george blair in ili the anteroom ante room it was their first firs meeting since the volcanic mandamus mana amus proceed proceedings I 1 began to startle the country but none ot of the commissioners teemed seemed inclined to discuss the disclosures ot of fraud and the proceedings were or of a peaceable characters character excepting that the republican members added to the discomfort of their colleagues by presenting a series of resolutions and motions and the two democrats fin finally unceremoniously bolted boiled from the room leaving in sherman and in possession of the held field another feature of the afternoon ses slon sion was the refusal of the majority to permit a record of the proceedings to be made this was evidenced by objection to having a stenographer allowed to bo be present as requested by colonel mr norrell said it never had been done and ana lie ha wall would id F strongly oppose the the right ot of the following persons to hold bold certificates certin cates of election as legal delegates to lo such constitutional convention accredited to the respective counties one ana precincts shown in the following list it is now moved that Ws commission forthwith certify is hsuch uch returns to the secretary of this board oard as provided by I 1 law a w and direct him to issue a t of cl election ecton to tho the following persons as as delegates to huch buch constitutional convention from the respective county and precinct I 1 shown herein to wit then followed the fhe list vt of delegates Dele guIes I 1 to whom certificates are arc due omitting the names of candidates in n san pete county the third precinct of salt lake city box bos elder county and weber county where contests are ara in progress Shern Sher Tan moved the adoption n of the but norrell 11 came back with his handy little objection end and a MO motion tion to postpone port pone which was defeated by a
