Purrlngton of ML Pleasant, I'tah, whereby tho latter becomes be-comes tho solo owner of tho Orient Theater, which ownership Includes tho lease of machines, furniture, etc. Tho consideration Is $5,000, $1,000 or which waB paid Thursday to bind tho bargain. Tho other $1,000 Is to bo paid within thirty days, when tho now owner assumes control of tho managemout. Mr, Clifton Pierce, who virtually Is tho American Amusement company and has operated the Orient slnco Its opening last November, has not yet determined where ho will locate, bul lie has no present Intention of going out of the picture business.
