Show transferee of Utah Copper Company. Com-pany. silt Lake . City, Utah has made Application ln accordance with the laws of Utah to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of l sec. ft. of water from Muddy gulch, a tributary tri-butary of Carr Fork Creek In Salt Lake county, Utah. Said water has heretofore been diverted divert-ed by virtue of Application No 10157 at a point S 54 Deg. 2 Min. W 3136 feet from the NW Cor. of Sec. 35, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., SLB&M, and used from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year, for precipitation ot minerals. After having been so used the water has been returned return-ed to the natural channel at a point N 67 Deg. 30 Min. W 2750 feet from the SE Cor. of Sec. 23, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., SLB&M'. It is now proposed to divert said water wa-ter at a point S 46 Deg. 15 Min. W 3432 feet from the said NW Oor. of Sec. 35, and use it from January 1 to December 31 inclusive inclu-sive of ach year, primarily for the precipitation of copper held in solution, but also for the extraction ex-traction from such solutions of such other content as possesses a commercial value. After having been go used, It is proposed to convey the water away from Bingham Bing-ham Canyon and dispose of it by evaporation as being unfit for any further beneficial use. This application Is designated in the office of the State Engineer Engi-neer as No. a-1363. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made ln affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, Capitol Capi-tol Building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of completion of publication. T. H.
