producers and refiners refinery Re finers corporation is getting ready to test two wildcat areas in wyoming the company recently took over considerable acreage on the buck springs anticline from the delaware oil company com pany of casper and robert conaghan Co of lander there are two structures covered by the acreage the buck springs spring and horseshoe domes which lie immediately northwest of the muskrat dome all three structures being on the same general anticline the first test will be on the horseshoe dome in seya SE sec 34 34 92 the location is about eighteen miles south of moneta in fremont county since the splendid showing in the test of the elkhorn oil company seya SE seya sec 17 27 m more ore interest is manifested in southwestern wyoming than ever before the test is located east of green river andeen and ten miles northeast of the producing areas in the labarge district it is being bein drilled with diamond outfit which a penetrated a pay sand at 2350 ft when oil quickly rose 1400 ft in the hole th the location is on what is known as the pass lindley ranch south of big piney well is on lands owned jointly by the western slope and elkhorn oil companies hole is now
