prospectors and which sells for 3 this new compilation by mr von bernewitz who needs no in tro to the mining fraternity is a worthy successor to his prospectors field book and guide the last edition of which was gotten out in 1920 the new handbook for prospectors is about the same size size as the old work embracing pages cover to cover in in a semi flexible binding 5 x 7 inches a handy pocket i size along with its predecessor the new book is obtain t able from the mining review at the stated price or from the publishers direct this new book retains all the essen t bial features of the old work and many th that at time and experience peri ence have suggested should be incorporated the book has a direct appeal to the prospector the field engineer the student and the mine superintendent and manager with the renewed interest in prospecting and the development of partially opened mines with the greater attention that is being given to mining geology and advanced practice in all
