Show Funeral Services Held For Coppcrfield Boy Services for Forrest Leland Carter, Cart-er, 13. were held Thursday afternoon after-noon at the L. D. S. church. The youth died Monday, February. 8, ot a lingering illness. Invocation was given by Alfred Henkel. Singing mothers from Bingham Bing-ham and Copperfield gave musical numbers. Walter Abplanalp sang a solo, "Oh My Father," A chorus from the Copperfield school sang Brahms Lullaby. Speeches were given by Bert Kin-sey, Kin-sey, D A. Wooten, A. H. Atwood. Joseph Widdison . and Bishop David Lyon. Eugene Morris offered the benediction. Copperfield school was dismissed at eleven oclock Thursday that friends of Forrest might attend the funeral. Boy Scouts who acted 'as pall bearers are: Jack Bedont, John Pantalone, Tom Saltas, Jack Jones, Leland Cunliffe, and Charles Mas-caro. Mas-caro. Forrest was a son of Ralph and Dovie Harkness Carter of Copper-field. Copper-field. A tenderfoot of the Boy. Scout Troop 112. he was a student of the fifth grade at the Copperfield school. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Bingham mortuary. Interment was In the Mt. Ogden cemetery In Ogden. |
