V MRS PARKERS SUIT She Wants Damages For Death of Husband The case of Julia A Parker vs the Union Depot company et al was corn com commenced yesterday The action was brought to recover damages for forthe forthe the death deth of Mr Parker on April 4 1900 Parker wa engaged in coupling a train at the union depot when he lie was killed The suit is brought against the depot and against the three railroads which had to do with the making up of the train These roads are the Rio Grande Western Southern Pacific and the Union Pacific A part of a jury was secured before court ad adjourned adjourned last night
