SUIT ON A NOTE N TE Mrs Johnson Says Sas Defendants lants Took TookA Advantage A vantage of Her Ker Frances Prances B E Johnson yesterday com corn commenced commenced suit against Thomas M 11 Sur bough baugn and Sadie M Surbaugh to re recover recover recover cover a balance b Jance of 11 1100 0 alleged to be due from defendants on a promissory note not dated Jan 2 1900 and payable in six years thereafter with interest at atthe atthe atthe the Annual rate of ot 6 per cent from Jan Ian 1 of this year Mrs Johnson avers In her complaint com that she is aged and nd infirm physically and mentally and that defendants took advantage of her condition more than thana a year ago go by obtaining 1600 from her herand herand herand and giving her only the promissory note mentioned In the complaint and with without without without out any other security Since the mak making ing big of the promissory oty note OO has been paid patt on the debt A further charge in the complaint is that Mrs Surbaugh gave Mrs Johnson Christian CI Science treatment and that when hen being bein so treated the plaintiff was unduly influenced by Mrs Surbaugh into parting with her money Mrs Johnson prays that the defendants be required to pay back the 1100 at nt once with interest on that amount since more mor than A 8 year ago and also on the for the time it was used by them
