least possible cost to the community but that on the other nand baud the school is established and the th expenses x of its maintenance incurred with a view to reclaim youth before it has bean n too far tar with crime and thus not only to save sau the state the expense e of future criminal trials and detention but also VL to secure Ul from th the future labo labors of or such youth that support which every re citizen as a specific token of gratitude would nat naturally y give the state Until these conclusions have been reached the good aimed at in the establishment of the school will have
