DAMAGE SUIT ON TRIAL Mrs Brimhall Asks From Street Car Company A suit involving Is on trial In Judge court The plaintiff is Sarah A Brimhall and the defendant the Utah Light Railway company compan It Is la alleged ed by b Mrs Brimhall that on May 2 of or this year car while she was as riding on ona Onn ona a n street car at Ninth South and Fourth East the tile car was so crowded that It was Impossible to attract the attention of or the conductor and she was compelled to go to the front platform to inform the motorman that she desired to alight She maintains that the motorman was as talking with a number of ot passengers and that he paid no attention to her for some time and when he finally did he stopped the car so suddenly that It threw Mrs Brimhall to the ground She says her skull was fractured and she is now nowa a sufferer from constant headaches
