1920 for the purpose of determining whether or not bonds of the district shall be issued for the construction of an all irrigation system notice is hereby given that the board of directors of the bonneville Bou neville irrigation district for the purpose of constructing an irrigation system consist of diverting works intake and and diverting canals power house and pumping station include ing the interest upon the bonds of said district during the period of constructing said works the amont so estimated and determined ter mined by said board to de be necessary for such purposes is the sum of that said board has adjudged and that the lands within the district will be benl beni cited by the constructing of each works and paying such interest inte intebi Fest est and that such lands and that pursuant to such order a special election of the qualified electors of said district willbe will be held with in the district on monday the ad day of august 1920 at which election will be submitted x to the qualified electors electora of said district the question whether or not beads of the bonneville Boy neville irrigation district inthe in athe sum of shall be issued for the purpose of raising funds nee essary for the co construction n st ruction of di averting works canals power plants power houses electrical equipment and machinery pumps di discharge schage pipe and pipe lines wa waters ter from the jordan river upon the lands within said district to which water has been allotted together with interest upon such bonds during the period of construction which said bonds will be issued in of not less than and not more than and bear in in terest at the rate of six per cent per annum interest pay payable ablie semiannually on the first days of june and december of each year said bonds shall be redeemable in series as follows 25 per cent of the issue thereof at the expiration of eleven years years from the date of issue 11 per cent at the expiration of twelve years from the da datlof te of is i sue and 8 9 per cent annually there thereafter abter until the whole issue has been redeemed said election will be held and the results there of determined and deelaree de
