NOTICE TO contractors state of utah office of state road commission salt lake city sealed proposals will be received at the office of the state road commission state capitol salt lake city utah according to plans on file in the office above mentioned until 2 p TO october 16 1919 and bids will be opened publicly at 2 p in october 16 1919 for the construction of concrete piers and abutments placing of anchor bolts erection of steel including handrail down spouts and all other material furnished by the state to make the job complete and the placing of concrete floor slab and expansion join joints ts for a viaduct at farmington Farming tOTi davis county utah at the same time bids will be received for the furnishing of materials including steel girders columns floor beams handrails hand rails and down spouts instructions to bidders together with plans specifications form of contract and bond may be obtained at the office of the state road commission on depositing five dollars the state road commission has and hereby retains the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which it deems best and waive minor defects STATE ROAD commission by ira im R browning secre secretary tary 31 32
