august 1920 for the purpose of dater determining whether or not bonds of the district shall be issued for the construction of an irrigation system notice is hereby given that the board of directors of tile the bonneville irrigation district have estimated and determined that the amount of money necessary to be raised by the boneville 11 irrigation district for the purpose of constructing an ail irrigation system consi consisting stin of diverting works intake ald diverting cana canals Is power house I 1 and pumping station including all necessary electrical equip menta pumps and machinery also pipe lines discharge pipe bridges head gates turn outs cuts weirs andall such other works as will be necessary for the completion of an irrigation system fo for r the belive delivery ry of irrigation water out of the jordan river upon uon the lands within the district and for the purpose of pay ing the interest upon the bonds of said district durin during the period of constructing 0 said works the amont so estimated and determined ter mined by said board to be necessary for such purposes is the sum of that said board boar d has adjudged and that the lands within the Ji district strict will be ben cited ted by the cons constructing trusting truc ting of s uch works in at least the amount of all assessments which will necessarily be levied upon said lands for the purpose of constructing such works and paying such interest in and that such lands will be bene belle cited at least in the sum of per acre and in the aggregate 0 will be benefited in at least the sum of that the board of directors by an order duly made and entered of record at a regular meet ing of said board held on tues bues day the day of june 1920 called a special election of qualified electors of the bonneville irrigation I 1 district and that pursuant to such order a special election of the qualified electors of 0 f said district will be held with in in the district on monday the ad day of august
