| Show notice of special tax to whom it may concern notice is hereby given alliata that a special tax for tho the purpose e of sidewalk paving pavin td in district NO li has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the city council of farmin farmington ton city utah which became effective on december 5 1915 and july 8 1916 said special tax is levied upon the following described real property in Fa city to wit south front of blocks 9 10 and 11 east front of block 10 west front of blocks 11 14 and 17 and the north front of block 2 big creek plat A and is is due and payable in installments and will become delinquent as follows said first installment on the ath day of august 1916 arid and said second installment installment on the ath day of august 1917 and said third installment on the ath day of august 1918 and said fourth installment on the fth day of august angus t 1919 and said fifth in installment on the ath day of august 1920 interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax will wid be computed from the date the ordinance confirming the levy of said tax shall bec bome effect ive ive to wit ath day of july 1916 and interest at said rate on tho the whole amount of said tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment if any installment or interest aforesaid is not paid on the date when same becomes due then their the whole amount of the tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are due will become due and payable and will draw drav interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum until sale of the property assessed one or more of said installments in the order in which they are payable aforesaid or the whole tax may be paid at any time within thirty days after the ordinance confirming 0 the levy of the tax becomes effective without interest and one or more of said installments in the order in which they are payable or the whole tax unpaid may be paid on the day any installment stal ment is due by paying the amount thereof and interest to said date all special taxes are payable at my office at the county court house building farmington city utah dated at farmington city utah this day da y of july 1916 H H robinson city treasurer and collector of special taxes |
