Show POSTMASTER EXONERATED Charges Preferred Against Him Bim Have Bave Fallen Through Huntington Jan 16 A few months ago agoa a petition was circulated asking for tor the removal of the postmaster of this place George M Miller and some serious charges were made against him The postoffice department sent a special agent out here to investigate Mr Miller has just received a letter from front Hon George Sutherland in which he say says My attention has been called to the fact by a mutual friend that for some reason your office has been Deen under investigation I have taken the liberty of making some inquiries at the postoffice department with reference to the matter and I thought you might be glad to know that the inspector who made the Investigation tion has reported entirely exonerating you from the charges Mr Miller of course Is glad to hear this and feels like shaking hands with himself and the friends that stood by him Our mountains are full of snow and more still coming so that the good farm fann farmers farmers ers of this part of the country are as assured assured assured of a bountiful supply of water for next seasons crops Tl health of the people of this place and throughout this county never was better There Is very little sickness in any of our towns |
