St. Paul, Minn., 31.- Orders have been issued from the department headquarters here for one company of infantry from Fort Snellin& and another from Fort Abercombie to proceed pro-ceed immediately to Standing Kock agency, in pursuance of orders received re-ceived yesterday from Sheridan, taking tak-ing military control ot the Sioux agencies, and treating the absent Indians In-dians as enemies, to he disarmed and deprived of their ponies on coming in or endeavoiim; to go out, and to hi arrested and held as prisoners of war.
