Xo question has been raised as to the validity of the credentials of Mr. Foote, and under the usual rule he is undoubtedly en titled to ait in the houso as the representative repre-sentative of Tooele county pending thft investigation of tho coolest by the committee on elections, to whom the case has been referred, and its- decision deci-sion by the house. |
