Show Alleged Malpractice. Dr. A. S. Condon, a leading physician phy-sician of Ogden, has been arretted on the charge of malpractice, nud held in $1,500 bonds to appear bufore Alderman Brown next Thursday. It appears the doctor was employed in the accouchement of a Mrs. McCurdy, who died shortly after the birth of her child. Her husband alleges that I improper treatment on the pait of the physician occasioned her death, and hence prefers the serious charge. Dr. Condon has borne an excellent reputation in Ogden, and it is to be hoped be can free himself in thin matter. The Junction wisely cautions cau-tions the public to suspend judgment in the case until an investigation shall establish the truth or falsity of tae charge. |
