Russian j securities havo declined 7, making a fall of nearly 20 within a week. The war between Russia and Turkey is considered as already begun aud it is generally believed ihat other powers will become involved. A commercial and financial crisis in Russia and consequent heavy fall; in Russian exchange adds to the confusion. 1 p.m. The funded loan, the only American s'ock much dealt in, feels the influence of the prevailing depression, depres-sion, aud is now quoted 105J. Bullion withdrawn from the Bank of England 03i balance to-day. S1.-000. S1.-000. T e India council bills were allotted to-day at about a farthing per rupee advance on last week's rate. Silver is quoted at 52kd; consols, 94; United Slat;s G5 bonds, $102; 67'b, $10St; 10:40's. 5107J; new fives, $10; Erie, 9; N. Y. Central, 90.
