This trouble grew out of an old feud between. the parties. Riclmrdsou wns the chief plaintiff of the long pending and notorious mining suit of the Teresa vs. Richmond. Naunnan was a principal witness ayiUDBt R. and the verdicts and judgments fur tbe defendants were in a measure due to Nounnan 'd testimony. testi-mony. Bichardeon's defeat in the courts was attributed by . him to Nounnan, whom he charged with swearing falsely. These facts led to the cowbidiog yesterday. It was thought that the a flair would terminate termi-nate in a ehootiuE affray and the killing kill-ing of one or the othei of the parties, but last evening it seemed to be the general impression that nothing aeri ous would result.
