Hill; jury trial; verdicl for the plaintifl for $359.05 and interest, $113.79. Defendant De-fendant allowed thirty days in which to file and serve notice and statement on motion lor a new trial. L. Goldberg & Co. vs. Tin'ic M. & M. Co.; motion for order of sale to lie approved granted. The United States vs. A. P. Rock-wood Rock-wood el al,; motion of defendant to d ism ies the bill overruled, and plaintifl' plain-tifl' granted a decree on the pleadings. In the matter of John Longmaid k Co., bankrupts; ordered that the assignee of the estate of said bankrupt bank-rupt pass over to M. T. Gisburn, or his attorneys, out ol the moneys in his hands, the sum of $2S3.73, and $5.75 costs, and to the sheriff of Tooele couuty, bis lawful fees and charges incurred. In the matter of Louis Cohn, bank rupt; the 2Sth of November was set upon which to object to tho distribution distribu-tion of assets of the estate, according to the prepared compromise. Warren Hussey vs. Mason M. Hill; jury waived and the case tried by the court. Court adjourned till Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. |
