Show Persons who gave notes datd on tho 20th, 30th or Kh:t day of January, 1W7G, payable in one month, may be interested to learn on the eminent authority of the New York Journal 0 Commerce, that such paper will be due on tho 2'Jlh day of February, aud grace is to he calculated thereon from and after the 2'Jth day ol February accordingly. Aud again: "J fa note is dated on tho 2'Jth of February in a bissexliloycar, payable in one month, it will bo due in liko manner on the 2'Jlh day of March, nnd, with graco, on tho Ul of April." Of course in calculating interest, Hie 2'Jth 0! February, when it occurs, has the same right to bo included as tho 28th or any other day of tho month. A bank which pays the cheek of a customer after its officers know that ho is dead, cannot charge the same to his account, except by leave of hi executors or administrators, but must hold it as an evidence of debt, and sharo tho fate of other creditors.
