A special 1 from Hopkinton, la., says a pleasuro party of six went sailing on Maquata . river late laut niwht, and had gone ; but a little way when the boat upst and onlv two vounc men were saved. Tiiose drowned were Mrs. West, Misa Billings, Mits Hvdeneiht and a child. The bodiej of Miss Billings aud of the child have been recovered.
