Afterwards, at a meeting of the stockholders of said bank, the folio w-iti w-iti resolution, confirming the action of the board of directors wasotlered and unanimously adopted: Resolved, That this association, the Salt Lake City National Bank of Utah, shall forthwith go into liquidation liquida-tion and be closed as a National Bank, as provided hy the National Banking Act. And the board of directors are hereby authorized and directed to give the necessary notices both to the comptroller of the currency cur-rency and the public, and to take all and every step necessary to place this association in liquidation as provided by said banking act.
