Madison Welts, ! T C. Anderson, Louis M. Kennsr and G. Casanave, charging them, under section S'-i'S, revised statutes, with uttering and publishing as true, certain altored, false, forged and counterleited records. Immediately alter filing the information capiases were issued for the arrest ot the parties named. Wells and Konner surrendered themselves to the sheriff. The information is very lengthy and charges them with having, on the 4th of December, '76, falsely and feloniously felon-iously ultertd and published as true, altered forged and and counterfeited election returns tor presidential electors. elec-tors.
