Show City Council. Meeting of the city council, Tuesday Tues-day evening, Mayor Little presiding: Petition of A. Keyaer and twenty-five twenty-five others, asking that Tenth East street, between Fourth and Fifth South, be repaired and improved, was referred to the committee on streets and alloys. Petition of C. J. Hwaner and six others, asking that Tenth East ulreet, between Third and Fourth South, be opened, was referred to tbe committee on streets and alleys. Petition of James Thompson, asking ask-ing that hie unexpired hack license be applied to his broker's liceuso, was not granted. The committee on cemetery recommended recom-mended that the city waUrmaster be instructed to designate one day each week upon which water could be uied lor irrigating plants and shrubs in the city cemetery, ceme-tery, said water to be apportioned among the lot owners in the graveyard. grave-yard.
