The public schools shall be for ever free for the gratuitous instruction ol all children, and no part of the public school fund shall ever be appropriated in support of any school controlled by any church or sectarian denomination; denomina-tion; no religious test shall ever be required as a condition for admission into the public schools, and no religions reli-gions or sectarian dogmas shall ever be tiught in any of these schools.
