It is a notice to taipaycn by Collector CrismoD, and a careful perusal will show that unleaj the territorial school and county taxes due by citiiens of this county are not paid by tbe 31st inst., suits will be instituted to compel com-pel payments. Tuis, io plain English, Eng-lish, means that tboee who are delinquent delin-quent at thit time will not only have I the privilege of paying their taxes under a judgment, but will also have to hear the eipenie of a suit, which in moat caspa amounts to more than tbe taxes.
