Show Unmanageable. Mr. G. W. TimminB of Sugar House ward, yesterday afternoon about 5.30 o'clock, stood with a four-in-hand ; opposite Wella, Fargo & Co's, when the wheelers, a span of ugly mules, began cavorting, and the more they jumped the nsore frequently did the tongue strike their legs. The conse quence was, they started the leaders on a first-class runaway. Mr. Timmini held tbe ribbons and pulled in on tbe ofi Bide, made a eouple of perfect circles in the middle ol the street and finding he could not hold the animals let them go down the road, Tbey turned the Elephant corner and lore along past Commercial, and when about half way between tbe last named street and First East, a young man named Theodore Simms rushed to the centre of the street, through about six inches of mud and alujh, aeized the bridle on the ofl leader, held on at great risk and stopped the fractious runaways.
