Show Third District Conrt. The September term of tbia court opened formally Thursday morning at 11 o'clock, the several officers thereof being present, with Chief Justice Hunter on the bench. Tho call cf the grand jury then commenced, fourteen out of the eighteen eight-een for whom the venire was issued answering to their names. Their names are as follows: L Goldberg, R. D. Clark, John Barion, David C.Browning, Thomas Stooker, Frederick Goes, George Sanford, Churies Bsjf'.ey, Assoc! L. Fuller, David Mckenzie, A Li Buckland, Thorn pk ins Hitter, Thomas W. Lee, O. D. Heudrickion. Samuel W. Woolley, being a selectman, select-man, wa not eligible; J. G. Brown, eheriOof Weber, was also ineligible; ; Samuel Greenbaum was not served, aud G. J. Turner did not appear. OI the fourteen examined, ten were excused, leaving only six competert. This necessitated the issuance of another vemre for twenty names, which is made returnable on Saturday morning.
