Show Educational Association. At 10 o'clock, this morning, the Salt Lake Educational association will bold a meetiog in the 13th ward assembly rooms- At the meeting Ust Saturday, committees were appointed ap-pointed to drav up a constitution and by-laws and to prepare a programme to be carried out at to-day's assembly, 60 that tbe organization could at once commence work in earneat. These committees are now ready to report, and appended hereto is tbe programme, pro-gramme, which, with the adoption of the articles of association, will constitute con-stitute the business of the institution at its first regular meeting. An in-vitatioQ in-vitatioQ is extended to all teachers and trustee! to attend and join the institute. PROGRAMME. Opening Address by Hon, John Taylor, territorial superintendent of district schools.
