Show Cutting. About closing time, laat night, in the Walker house billiard hall, Ralph Bradley wa3 cut in the face by a person named "Curley." NoreasoD, whatever, is assigned for the assault, and until Bradley exclaimed "For God's sake stop this blood," no one knew of the aSair. "Curley" appears to have stepped up to Bradley and without making any remark, assaulted him with the large blade of a jack knife, cutting a terrible gash in his face, which reached from t he temple to the chin. Bradley did nothing hut call for assistance while "Curley" turned and walked off. A fearful wound waB inflicted by the cut, and blood flowed from it in great quantities, it being euppoeed that an artery was severed. A physician phy-sician waa sent for, who dressed the wound. A big crowd afterwards assembled as-sembled near the Walker house, and pistola were furnished Bradley, who is said to be hunting his aisailant for the purpose of having it oul. From the feeling last night, and unless the parties are arrested, it is expected a fight will result, in which further blood will be drawn. |
