The boys at the Penitentiary send in the following communication, and aelc its publication, relative to the Christmas dinner diehed up to them by General Butler, warden of the Penitentiary. They bad an abuod ance of everything, and a great deal more than they needed, and there being a healthy doae remaining, it was Berved up to them yesterday morning.
