Show Hon. Abraji S. Hewitt, wbo has made the labor question in its relation rela-tion to capital a close study, recently delivered a speech on the subject before the Church Congress, in Cincinnati. Cin-cinnati. Ho suggested, as a remedy for the evils under which the working classes now groan, a cooperative system, sys-tem, whereby savings of laborers can be combined in joint enterprises, and the worker become also a capitalist. Mr. Hewitt Bays laborers muat be more ioduslrious and more economical, economi-cal, and mu9t adopt a Baving instead of a careless, negligent policy.
